Do you offer a refund?

The simple answer to this is nope. Unfortunately, we don’t offer any refunds once when you put the deposit down. (You will be signing the contract when you decide to book us.)

We only do this, so we make sure that we won’t take any other jobs on your wedding day. Even if your wedding only goes for a few hours, we still don’t take any other jobs, just in case something may change at the last minute.

It means that we turn away some other couples who were willing to book us on your wedding day. So we can focus on just you and be flexible for you if we need to be.

As you may already know, people book us a year to two years ahead.
Let’s say… Today is September 22nd 2021, all the inquiries and bookings that we are
currently receiving are around September 2022 - April 2023.

So you might think… “Our wedding is next year which is more than 6 months away. You still can fill other booking?” but the chances that we could fill that weekend is very slim. (The good thing about is though, you don’t need to pay the remaining until two weeks before your wedding date. )

This is why we don’t offer any refunds. But if you ever need to change your wedding day for some unforeseen reasons, we are happy to change the date at no cost as long as we are available on the day.
