10 things that I promise to all my clients
I randomly thought that I make a list of things that I promise to all my clients here.
So here we go!
1: I will response your inquiry within a day!
If you send a message through my website and haven’t heard from me within a day,
please check your junk folder!
2: Even though you can see a lot of my work on my website, Instagram or Google Map,
I am more than happy to show you more of my work when we meet over coffee.
How about all the photos from one wedding? From getting ready to the end of the reception? So you will be able to see the consistency of my work through the day.
3: I will be able to suggest beautiful photo locations based on what you like and where your wedding will be held. I probably have photographed at the most of weddings photo spots in Sydney by now.
4: You probably wouldn’t know how the day will run on the day.
This is why I go through with you how the day will run on the day when we meet / video chat.
e.g “How much time do we need for this and that?!”
“ How long the ceremony usually goes for? “
”When do we do family photos or group photos? How long do we meed?”
”How much time do you need for getting ready photos?
”We want to have our photos taken around Opera House and Botanic Garden?
”When do we do that?”
I can easily answer all these questions just like a wedding planner!
This is why I always suggest my couples to meet up in person!
5: I always go through how my packages works when we meet / video chat. So you will know exactly what you will be getting. My packages are pretty straight forward though!! Please check out my packages page on my website.
6: I will send you “Katsu’s favourite weddings suppliers list” when you book me.
In the list, you will see other wedding suppliers such as Marriage Celebrants, Florists o Make-Up Artists that I recommend. They are all lovely, talented, experienced and Sydney’s top suppliers. Get in touch early!
7: You will be extra well looked after if you find me from “Preferred Suppliers List” that you have received from your wedding venue. Only because they have been looking after me so well for many years. It’s my turn to look after their clients in return. That would be you!
8: I will check your run sheet when it’s ready. Just to make sure that you timeline ok based on my experience unless your have a professional MC. Am I your wedding planner yet? HA!
9: I promise that you will receive all your high-resolution jpeg images beautiful edited within 4-5 weeks after your wedding. Enjoy your honeymoon. Your photos will be ready soon after you get back.
10: I promise that you won’t regret to have your wedding video! If you like my work, you will definitely love the video, too! Check our video work here.
