How do we choose our package?
Firstly, when you book us, you don’t need to decide your package. It’s only because you are still in early stage of your wedding planning.
So when and how do we choose our package?
WHEN:
Please select your package 2 weeks before your wedding day.
HOW:
We have 2 different packages.
Option 1: Data Only Package
If you prefer to receive all your jpeg images only, this is the one for you.
All your photos will be beautifully edited. We can send you a download link within 4 weeks.
Option 2: Complete Package
You will receive all your jpeg images just like Data Only Package.
1 x Flush Mounted Album 20 pages
1 x Private Online Gallery - 6 months
We will show you a few sample albums when we meet or during video chat.
Here is a sample Private Online Gallery. You can send this link a password to your loved ones. So they can view your wedding photos and download the photos easily.
Once you choose either Data Only Package or Complete Package,
you will need to work out how many hours you would like us to photograph your
celebration.
STEP 1:
Firstly, what time you would like us to stay till?
Some couples prefer us to stay till the end which is about 11pm.
Some couples are happy for us to leave around 8 or 9pm (or earlier even) when all formalities are done such as speeches or cake cutting.
STEP 2:
Secondly, what time you would like us to start?
If you would like us to photograph “getting ready” bit, we usually go to
the groom’s place first followed by the bride’s place. So you will need to work out
what time you would like to leave your place for the ceremony.
Let’s say you (the bride) would like to leave your place (or the hotel room )at 3pm for the ceremony, we would like to have 1-1.5 hours to photograph “getting ready” for the bride, so we should be at bride’s place around 1:30pm-2pm. If you would like us to go to the groom’s place before that, we would like to have about 1 hour at the groom’s place plus traveling time between two locations.
So perhaps we can start at the groom’s place at midday, leave the groom’s place by 1pm, arriving at the bride’s place by 1:30pm. We leave the bride’s place at 3pm for the ceremony.
Let’s say, you would like us to stay until 10pm. That would be 12pm to 10pm.
The total of 10 hours. So you can either choose Data Only 10 hours Package or Complete 10 hours Package.
If you prefer to skip the groom’s getting ready, we can start at the bride’s getting ready around 1:30pm-2pm and finish around 7:30pm-8pm just for the first few hours at the reception party. Then you can choose Data Only 6 hours Package or Complete 6 hours Package.
